Projekt realizowany w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego 2014-2020 w ramach działania 2.4 „Zrównoważona multimodalna mobilność miejska i działania Adaptacyjne łagodzące zmiany klimatu w ramach Kontraktów Samorządowych”

Tytuł projektu: Budowa centrum przesiadkowego oraz drogi dla rowerów z Barlinka do Pełczyc – odcinek Barlinek – granica gminy

Kwota dofinansowania: 2 549 906,29 zł

Okres realizacji: 2017 r.  –  2021 r.

Przedmiot projektu: budowa ścieżki rowerowej wraz z centrum przesiadkowym oraz pętli autobusowej.

Cel projektu: ograniczenie liczby osób korzystających z indywidualnego transportu samochodowego  na rzecz  komunikacja miejskiej i transportu niezmotoryzowanego

Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: budowę zatoki  autobusowej komunikacji miejskiej wraz z wiatą przystankową na osiedlu mieszkaniowym Górny Taras. Budowę drogi dla rowerów od granicy gminy w ciągu byłej trasy kolejowej  w pasie drogowym drogi 151 wzdłuż ul Pełczyckiej, ul. Św. Bonifacego do ul. Dworcowej,  gdzie powstanie centrum przesiadkowe z miejscami postojowymi oraz stacjami pit stop.

Założone rezultaty:

  • usprawnienie funkcjonowania komunikacji miejskiej w Barlinku
  • ograniczenie indywidualnego transportu samochodowego w ruchu wewnątrzmiejskim
  • ograniczenie hałasu i emisji CO2
  • połączenie funkcyjne obszarów dwóch miast (Barlinek – Pełczyce)
  • zwiększenie świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców gminy
