KOMUNIKAT !!!

Od 1 czerwca 2020 r. zostanie wznowiona bezpośrednia obsługa interesantów w Urzędzie Miejskim w Barlinku. Na terenie Urzędu, zgodnie z obowiązującymi obecnie przepisami sanitarnymi może jednocześnie przebywać ograniczona liczba interesantów. Nadto osoby załatwiające sprawy w Urzędzie zobowiązane są zakrywać usta i nos, dezynfekować ręce przy wejściu oraz przestrzegać właściwego dystansu od innych osób i pracowników Urzędu.

Mając  na  uwadze  bezpieczeństwo  mieszkańców  naszej  Gminy, w celu zapobiegania rozprzestrzenianiu się oraz zwalczania epidemii koronawirusa (SARS-CoV-19) uprzejmie prosimy, jeżeli jest to możliwe, o załatwianie spraw korzystając z drogi elektronicznej lub telefonicznie.

Ponadto w godzinach pracy Urzędu będzie wystawiona urna, do której można wrzucać wnioski i podania, na których należy umieścić dane kontaktowe: nr telefonu lub adres poczty e-mail.
