Szpital Barlinek Sp. z o.o. informuje, że Nadzwyczajne Zgromadzenie Wspólników Spółki – Szpital Barlinek Sp. z o.o. - podjęło w dniu 26 lipca 2017 roku uchwałę w sprawie podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego Spółki poprzez utworzenie 1450 nowych udziałów o wartości nominalnej po 1000 zł każdy. Zgodnie z zawartą w dniu 26 lipca 2017 roku umową pomiędzy Powiatem Myśliborskim a Spółką wszystkie udziały w podwyższonym kapitale zakładowym objął Powiat. Wysokości kapitału zakładowego Spółki wynosi obecnie 10.000.000,00 zł z następującym podziale procentowym udziałów: Gmina Barlinek – 85,49%, Powiat Myśliborski – 14,51%.
