Nawiązując do otrzymanego pisma od Powiatowego Lekarza Weterynarii z dnia 21 października 2020r. w sprawie ustawowego obowiązku zgłaszania miejsc utrzymania drobiu, zwracam się do hodowców drobiu o przedłożenie informacji o miejscu utrzymywania drobiu z podaniem gatunku i ilości ptaków.
